These Terms govern the electronic services and Parent Portal of PAROS INNOVATION CENTER, a trade name of DREAMLAB CYBERTECHNOLOGIES MIKE, and set out basic rules governing the relationship between the Center and parents or guardians of students.
Access is available to parents or guardians who have an active account linked to a student participating in an active PAROS INNOVATION CENTER program. Access is personal and login credentials must not be shared with third parties.
Users are responsible for keeping their password secure and must promptly notify the Center if they believe their account has been compromised.
The Parent Portal may provide access to parent and student details, enrollments and classes, lesson schedules, attendance, lesson topics, educational material, announcements, financial records and online payments.
Information is updated from the Center’s School Management System. If an obvious technical or accounting error is identified, the user should contact the school office so that it can be reviewed.
The financial record is informational and reflects charges, payments, credits and balances entered in the School Management System. At the beginning of each academic year, a single carried-forward balance may be shown instead of the detailed transaction history of earlier academic years. The transactions of the current academic year are then shown.
Tuition fees: The total tuition fee for the eight-month academic programme is €480 (8 months × €60), payable in eight monthly instalments of €60. Tuition is calculated on the basis of the total programme cost, not the number of individual lessons in each month.
Payments may be made online through a payment provider or at the school, in cash or by card.
Online payments made through the Parent Portal are processed by a cooperating payment provider. A payment is regarded as confirmed when the information system receives the corresponding transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
The appearance of a program or class in the system does not automatically guarantee availability. Final participation is subject to confirmation by PAROS INNOVATION CENTER and the conditions applicable to the relevant program.
The Center may change times, instructors, rooms or other organizational details when reasonably necessary for the proper operation of a program, with appropriate notice where a change is material.
Learning material, notes, presentations, exercises, applications, software, designs, files, photographs and other content provided by PAROS INNOVATION CENTER are protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless stated otherwise. Material is provided for the student’s personal educational use and may not be systematically reproduced, republished, sold or commercially exploited without prior permission.
Unauthorized access attempts, account compromise, alteration of data, automated bulk collection of information, interference with system operation or use of the Portal for unlawful purposes are prohibited. In the event of serious or suspicious activity, PAROS INNOVATION CENTER may temporarily suspend access for security reasons.
We aim to keep the Parent Portal available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical faults or events outside the Center’s reasonable control.
Information concerning attendance, schedules, financial transactions or Center operations may be communicated through the Parent Portal, email, SMS or another registered contact method. Parents are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
These Terms may be amended when services, information systems or the applicable legal framework change. A new electronic acceptance may be requested following a material change.
These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union law.
