Part-Time Junior Engineer – Athens

PAROS INNOVATION CENTER, in collaboration with DREAMLAB CYBERTECHNOLOGIES, is looking for an Engineering student based in Athens to join us on a part-time basis and actively contribute to our technology and educational projects.
We are not simply looking to fill another part-time position. We are looking for our person in Athens: a young engineer with curiosity, responsibility, a hands-on mindset and a genuine passion for technology, who wants to gain experience by working on real-world projects.
What you'll do
Depending on the project and your skills, you may be involved in:
- preparing, testing and configuring technology and laboratory equipment
- robotics, electronics, IoT and automation
- 3D printing, digital fabrication and prototyping
- supporting research and educational projects
- technical installations and support in Athens
- communicating with and visiting suppliers and partners
- collecting, inspecting and preparing equipment
- sourcing components and technical solutions
- supporting our participation in exhibitions, events and competitions
- collaborating with our team in Paros to turn new ideas into working prototypes and solutions
Who we're looking for
This position is primarily aimed at current Engineering and Technology students, including:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Design & Production Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Students from the University of West Attica (UNIWA) and other equivalent institutions are particularly welcome.
We would especially value:
- a hands-on approach and a desire to build and experiment
- an interest in robotics, electronics, 3D printing, AI, IoT or emerging technologies
- basic familiarity with tools and electronic/mechanical equipment
- problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- reliability and responsibility
- good English skills
- availability for flexible part-time work
Having your own means of transportation is required.
We don't expect you to know everything. What matters more is that you want to learn, experiment and find solutions.

Location & Working Model
Athens / Attica, Greece
Part-time, with flexible working hours that can be adapted around your university schedule.
The position involves travelling within Attica and may occasionally require travel to Paros, depending on the project.
