Artificial intelligence is drastically transforming our lives. The Boson Artificial Intelligence Starter Kit is designed to introduce elementary and middle school students to the world of Artificial Intelligence and help them apply Artificial Intelligence tools to real life in an enjoyable and fun way. Students learn to program through graphical programming software such as Mind+ and MakeCode, where they can drag and drop blocks (blocks of code) to build programs or use Python/C/C++ to develop their knowledge. Educators can leverage the carefully designed content to teach in the classroom. The teaching materials of the kit contain 6 high-level PBL projects, which cover four categories of AI technologies: natural language processing, computer vision, expert system, and machine learning, and in addition, it is an introduction to artificial neural networks, which have had a huge impact on IT development in recent years. The aim is to lead students to understand the basics of TN and how TN works in everyday life.
