Profile
Dimitra Marini is an Architect Engineer (NTUA) and Sculptor (Athens School of Fine Arts) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. Since 2008, she has been actively involved in architectural and commercial construction projects, working with multidisciplinary teams on projects that combine architecture, design, and branding applications.
Driven by a strong interest in the intersection of architecture, digital media, and contemporary art, her work explores spatial design, visual installations, and creative experimentation. Her artistic and design work has been awarded and presented in numerous exhibitions across Greece, including the Athens School of Fine Arts, MOMus – Metropolitan Organisation of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki, and international cultural institutions.
At the Paros Innovation Center, Dimitra contributes as a STEAM design educator, introducing students to creative design thinking and the relationship between space, form, art, and technology. Through hands-on activities and creative workshops, she encourages students to explore architecture, visual expression, and artistic experimentation while developing problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Her teaching approach bridges art, design, and technology, supporting the Center’s mission to cultivate creativity, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning for young students in the Cyclades.
